Summer Birds Series – Part 2 of 3 – Whooping Crane Recovery

The Summer Bird Series continues at The Mayville Public Library!
The second part of the three-part bird series is Wednesday, July 26th at 6 p.m.
Marsh Haven Nature Center’s Rick Vant Hoff will discuss Whooping Crane Recovery projects. We’ll hear about nesting and flight, migration routes, reintroduction techniques, and more! Join us for this presentation about Whooping cranes and other endangered cranes.

Genealogy Round Table – July

Join us! Thursday, July 27th at 6:30 p.m. is the next Genealogy Round Table Discussion. Come learn more about genealogy and join the discussion about “Researching a House History.”
All who are interested from beginner to experienced researchers are welcome! Ages 10 and up. Genealogy Round Table meets on the 4th Thursday of the month. Join any time of the year. No registration needed. See you there!

Giant Game Day – July

Drop in and play some giant games! We’ll have our usual Connect Four, Jenga, and Checkers. We also got some new Giant games including Sorry and some new board games. Plus we’ll have card games and puzzles available as well.
The fun starts on Wednesday, July 26th at 1 p.m. All ages welcome!

July T3 – Paint & Sip *Registration Required*

Paint with us on Thursday, July 20th at 5:30 p.m., our summer time slot for the T3 group. *Registration Required*

Lego Club – July

July 19th at 3:30 p.m. – Come to the library and build with Legos!
The club meets every third Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.
Kids ages 4+ are welcome. Join any time of the year, registration is not needed.

Afternoon Homeschool Hangout – Park Days* – July

Hey Homeschool Families! Summer is here and with it comes Homeschool Hangout Park Days!! July’s Afternoon Homeschool hangout is on Monday, July 17th from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We’ll visit while the kids play at the park. Plus we’ll have some of the giant games, coloring pages, and a couple of table games too!
Please let us know if you have any allergies, so we can do our best to be mindful when bringing snacks.
